Salary Ledger is designed so ordinary salary calculations happen in your browser. We do not require an account, and calculator inputs are not intentionally sent to or stored on our servers.

1. Information you provide

Salary amounts, family status, exchange rates and bulk-calculation files are processed locally in your browser for the purpose of producing estimates and downloads. Do not enter names, national identifiers, bank details or other unnecessary personal data.

2. Automatically collected information

When you use the public website, hosting and security providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location and timestamps. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider may receive similar information. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the service.

3. Advertising and Google services

We may use Google AdSense and related Google advertising services. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads, subject to consent requirements that apply in your location. 4. Cookies and consent

5. Sharing and processors

We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure, measure or monetize the website. We do not sell calculator inputs. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

6. Retention and security

Local calculation data remains on your device unless you choose to download or share it. Technical logs and analytics data may be retained for reasonable operational, security and reporting periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Children

The service is intended for adults and workplace use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
